County Administrator John Mp^ Carthy explained that roads have tobe built to state standards for the' state to consider taking them into the system, unless they were built' before 1963. -
Phil Irwin said that the bed and breakfast guild does not recommend that such businesses be located da" property served by rights-of-way,; but he reminded the planners thatthey had already approved such- apermit for the bed and breakfast previously owned by Richard and; Joy Cartwright-Brown. 1 •
