Lion's auction
rain or shine
The Lion’s annual auction will be held on Saturday, May 8th, “come rain or come shine.” Co-Chairman Kermit Weakley and Holly Pendleton have announced that the Washington VFD Hall will be open to receive donations from noon to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 6th, all day on Friday, the 7th, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and again on Saturday, May 8th, the actual date of the auction, from 9 a.m. until everything is sold out. So come one and come all, help the Lion’s to help the community.
Have you bought a raffle ticket yet? A two dollar donation will give you a chance for a $500 cash prize.
