Nicki Lynch, Rappahannock County Librarian, is setting up an inter-county loan system between Rappahannock and neighboring county libraries. Thus far, Madison, Page and Culpeper Counties have agreed to allow Rappahannock residents reciprocal borrowing privileges from their libraries. Warren County is unable to accommodate borrowing at this time, although they will provide a card to noncounty residents for a fee. Lynch is hoping to arrange privileges with Fauquier County as well.
