Please direct all in2*Ms to the project architect, Jonathan Monroe, at that number. A pre-bid conference will be held on the site on July 26th at 1200 noon, with bids being due to the County Administration Office at 12:00 noon on August 2,1993. The provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act and $11-37 of the Code of Virginia governing competitive sealed bidding shall apply. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
