It would seem that the Supervisors' expert looked no further than the Supervisors’ backyards when gathering the facts on Sludge. Does the Supervisors’ expert know that Sludge is a controlled and regulated fertilizer? Can the Supervisors, legally, deny the Citizens of Rappahannock County the right to use controlled and regulated fertilizer? I think NOT!!
To quote Mayor Kelly of Washington, D.C., “It’s time to cleap house.” It worked in Big Washington. It could also work in Little Washington.
Let the REAL Farmers farm, let’s see Sludge in Rappahannock County!
