- Virginia Cooperative Extension is sponsoring a parent education course, "Becoming a Love and Logic Parent" which teaches parents how to set limits without nagging, begging, and/or losing their temper.

The Love and Logic parenting principles are a win-win approach to teaching children how to be responsible. Children win because they learn how to solve their own problems and gain confidence to meet challenges.

Adults win because they learn how to establish health controls without resorting to anger, threats, nagging or exhausting power struggles.
