Many years ago a great-uncle of mine had promised to take me there. After my interest in family history had taken such a hold. I'd discovered that my great-uncle. Daniel Baldwin's father-in-law, Luther Weaver had been a pallbearer at the funeral of my greatgreat-grandfather, George R. Baldwin back in 1914. I had to go there. Uncle Daniel, upon Mr. Weaver's directions had found the cemetery and he kept his word to me and took me there too. This was back in the early 70's.
Now, it was my turn to keep a promise and to lend something to the young, restless, inquiring minds of the 90's. Sister end I took turns carrying Krystal and or the back pack. Although I assume that they were not the least bit interested in what they were going to see, let alone remember even a fraction of what I fold them, I was keeping my promise to them.
