Apple Cranberry Pie Pastry for 9-inch two crust pie 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 4 cups pared, sliced, tart apples 2 cups Ocean Spray fresh or frozen cranberries (whole or chopped) 2 tablespoons butter or margarine Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In large bowl, combine sugars, flour and cinnamon. Add fruit. Mix well. Turn into pastry-lined pan. Dot with butter. Cover and cut slits in top crust. Seal edges. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. Pecan Pie One unbaked 9-inch pie crust Filling: 3 eggs 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup butter melted 1 cup dark com syrup 1 cup pecan halves Beat eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter and com syrup together with rotary beater. Add pecan halves. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake until set and pastry is nicely browned. Cool. Serve cold or slightly warm. Set oven on 375 degrees F. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
