Lemaire, William Spicer Manuel, Philip Joy Johnston, Clara Putnam, Mary Lou Putnam Fryer, William Garrison Grimsley, Jr., and Eleanor Grimsley Rector, and the widow(er)s and heirs, devisees and successors in the interest of Margaret Grimsley, John D. Grimsley, Jane D. Grimsley, Susan Margaret Grimsley, W. Shelton Grimsley, Mary E. Grimsley and Julia Grimsley Johnston, made Respondents by the general description of "Parties Unknown" appear on or before December 20. 1996, and do what is hecessary to protect their interests in this suit.
