"Culpeper Memorial Hospital has also been very generous to the Free Clinic since the beginning."

"We are grateful to Culpeper Memorial Hospital and excited about our new home," said Dr. Amauri Gonzales, president of the board of directors. "We are so fortunate to have such a responsible and generous institution in this community that helps with the health care needs of our citizens."

Located on the first level of the Medical-Professional Building at 610 Laurel Street, the Free Clinic's new quarters make the clinic much more efficient and responsive. Clinic personnel and volunteers are available during weekdays to answer patients' questions, answer the telephone, sort mail, make up new medical charts, copy requests for medical records, and work with the Indigent Patient Drug Program (free medicine for indigent patients). With patient charts in the building, clinic personnel arc able to access the charts and respond to requests for lab reports and copies of records.
