The object of this cause is to determine the proportional interests of the Complainant and the Respondents in a certain parcel of land containing 23.54 acres, more or less, and identified on Rappahannock County Tax Map 41, as Parcel 21, and to partition said real property accordingly.
And, it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that due diligence has been used by counsel for the Complainant to ascertain the whereabouts of the following Respondents, without effect: John Johnston, Mary V. Johnston a/k/a/ Mollie V. Burke, William T. Lemaire, William Spicer Manuel, Philip Joy Johnston, Clara Putnam; Mary Lou Putnam Frye, ■ William Garrison Grimsley, Jr. and Eleanor Grimsley Rector; and the Bill of Complaint filed in this matter stating that there are or may be persons interested in the 'subject matter of this suit whose names are unknown, namely, the widow(er)s and heirs, devisees and successors in interest of John N.
