Bible school at Amissville
Vacation Bible School is being held through Friday, July 18 from 9 a.m. until 12 noon at Amissville United Methodist Church on Route 211 in Amissville. The theme is “Celebrate Jesus”. There will be stories, music, scripture, snacks, games, a puppet, “Celly” and a parade of celebration. Friday night there will be a program for family and friends at 7 p.m. followed by refreshments.

Music, drama at Mt. Lebanon
The Liberty Summer Singers in concert from Liberty University will be at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, Route 522, four miles west from the Boston Post Office on Thursday, July 24 at 7 p.m. Christian music, skits and dramas will be included in the program. The public is invitedto attend this special concert at no cost.

Revival services will be held at Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church July 28-Aug. 3. Bobby Robinson of Walkertown, N.C. will be preaching July 28-30 each evening at 7:30 p.m. Jerry Whiteheart, also of North Carolina will be preaching July 31-Aug. 3 at 7:30 each evening. Sunday services will be held on Aug. 3 beginning at 10 a.m. There will be special singing each evening and a nursery will be provided. Gid Brown Pastor John Burke extends an invitation to all to attend.
