The perimeter parking lots, that are donated by a handful of landowners (along with the church lot), are manned by volunteers from non-profit groups around the County. This year, those groups were RAAC, The Child Care and Learning Center, and (The Boy Scouts. Each group is awarded a proportionate share of the revenues (after parking expenses) according to the number of volunteers that donate their time to perform this thankless work.
