The Flint Hill Firemen’s annual carnival will be held July 23, 24, 25 and 26. Wednesday is kid’s night with rides $6 from 7 p.m. to closing. Friday night the parade will begin at 7 p.m., box suppers will be available. Saturday awarding of grand prize, 1997 k. Ford Pick-Up Truck among numerous other prizes.
Karen Sealock of Nags Head, N.C. attended a birthday celebration recently for her grandmother, Mrs. Ertha Corbin. Mrs. Corbin recently celebrated her 85th birthday and was delighted to have her granddaughter attend.
