On Friday at the Rappahannock County Library Hal Wiggins, an Environmental Scientist with the Army Corps of Engineers, will present a slide show and discussion about the benefits of Riparian Buffers, or streamside forests, as an effective Best Management Practice (BMP) for helping to control non-point-source pollution and improving stream and river stability.
