Amissville and an arrest warrant was issued for Brad Miller, 21, of Castleton on July 21. Deputy Chris Williams of the Sheriff’s Department took' statements from witnesses to the incident.

A larceny of a car phone from a vehicle belonging to Chris Lillard, of Flint Hill, was reported on July 30. The incident is under investigation.
