Mrs. Fletcher was born May 10, 1926, in Washington, daughter of the late, George Thomas and Etta French Smoot.
She retired from Aileen Plant.
Surviving are her husband Albert Moore Fletcher; two sons Rannie C. Fincham of Front Royal and Thomas W. Fincham of Alexandria; a daughter Esther Fincham Burke of Manassas; five brothers Harvey Smoot, Clabert Smoot and Billy Smoot, all of Washington, Arthur Smoot of Flint Hill and Bernard Smoot of Long Beach, Miss.; two sisters Annie Foster of Warrenton and Carrie Kines of Front Royal; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Randy Emory, Stephen Murphy, Bryan Sutton, Wayne Smoot, Jimmy Burke and William Bufke.
Arrangements were handled by Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal.
