At last week’s meeting of the Rappahannock Planning Commission a slight change was proposed to the Zoning Chapter of the County Code regarding professional offices in an agricultural zone.
The proposed amendment would add a new condition to the existing wording. The proposed amendment redds: “In the agricultural and conservation zoning districts no such professional office shall be allowed except in an existing structure, and only in a structure on the property where the residence of the proprietor or proprietors of the business is located.”
