The Lions Club believes that music is important for youth and Scott added it has been noted statistically that music training raises SAT scores. According to a survey provided by SAT. 1997 SAT test takers with four or more years of music training scored 02 points higher on the verbal portion of the test and 42 points higher on the math portion than students with no musical experience.
