Peter Luke to a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana and on Feb. 19 she was sentenced.

Judge Shore Robertson found her guilty of possession of marijuana and sentenced her to perform 500 hours of community service, with 300 hours suspended, to complete her 200 hours of community service and pay a $250 fine and court cost within her probationary period which is one year. Her probation is to be supervised by the juvenile probation officer and if she obtains a driver’s license it would be suspended for six months.

Robertson said to her, “You have a lot of years ahead of you to be a good and lawful citizen and there is something to be learned from this experience.
