Marie Davis Washington Baked Chicken Special 6 whole chicken breasts, split and deboned 2 cups sour cream 1/4 cup lemon juice 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 3 teaspoons celery salt 2 teaspoons paprika 4 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 cups dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/2 cup shortening, melted Rinse chicken and pat dry. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl. Stir well. Add chicken, coating well. Cover and chill 8-10 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from mixture; coat evenly with bread crumbs and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Combine margarine and shortening and spoon over chicken. Bake ^at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Spoon remaining margarine mix over < hicken and bake an additional 15 minutes or until browned; Yield; 12 servings.
