Twelve teens from a variety of area schools met for several weeks to coordinate the organizing of this event. “Their enthusiasm, ideas and ability to work, together has been impressive,” said Carol Lucking, one of the group’s supportive adults. “We scheduled the meetings and they made it happen, including hiring the bands, securing a place, making and distributing posters and flyers and all the set up and clean up responsibilities.”
