Easy Cheesy Lemon Bars 1 package lemon cake mix 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese 3 eggs, divided 1 package lemon frosting mix Preheat rtven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9x13 inch pan. Combine cake mix, butter and one egg. Stir until moist. Pat into pan. Blend frosting mix into cream cheese. Reserve one half cup for frosting baked bars. Add two eggs to remaining frosting mixture. Beat three to four minutes at high speed, spread over base. Bake at 350 degrees - for 30 to 40 minutes. Coot, frost, cut. 1 (12 ounce) package, chocolate chips 1/2 to 3/4 cup pecans Cream margarine, brown and white sugars. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla, oatmeal and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees. Tip: Do not over bake. Yield: 5 to 6 dozen. Betsy Murray Washington
