This is extremely important in an industry where profits can be marginal. “Fat cattle are still selling at prices established 10-20 years ago. Cattle that go to market for meat are the economic basis for the industry,” Miller stated. His buyers depend on Ginger Hill seed stock to make the difference for them in their bottom lines.
