Rappahannock County has always enjoyed a strong sense of

community, a community which has always contributed to numerous civic and charitable organizations.

My late husband, Dick Latham served on the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors. The citizens of Rappahannock County were always good to Dick and my family continues to enjoy this great sense of community.

The Feb. 2 edition of the Rappahannock News reported on the 31st District Virginia House of Delegates race for 2001. One candidate, Dell Ennis indicated a desire to further improve our State Government and to bring the citizens value for the taxes we are paying.

Dell married my niece, Beverly Latham. Dell has built two successful businesses over the last 24 years. One business was an Agriculture Service business serving farmers in 12 counties, and the other was a small home building business focussing on first time home buyers.

Dell has promised to work hard and be true to his word. My family hopes you will also discover these qualities and supr port Dell as the next 31st District Delegate to the House of Delegates, a delegate who understands the importance of this great sense of community we all enjoy in Rappahannock County.

He started two small businesses and spent many hours working to make them successful. He is always willing to help people that ask for his assistance and helped our local community by raising funds for Lord Fairfax Community College.

I know he’ll work hard to represent the citizens of our district and I am pleased to support Dell Ennis for the House of Delegates.
