set for Saturday
Enjoy a fabulous evening with great food and a relaxing atmosphere on Saturday, Feb. 12 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The Sperryville Volunteer Rescue Squad Auxiliary is sponsoring its third annual Valentine’s dinner at the Rappahannock Elementary School. Come early, stay late. Enjoy home style cooking. .The meal consist of half-barbecue or baked barbecue chicken with wild rice, mashed potatoes, peas, homemade rolls and desserts. Prices are $8.50 for adults; $15 for couples and children under eight years of age will pay only $4. The meal will be prepared by Pat Jenkins and Company. For advance tickets or information call Nancy at 987-8495 or Peggy at 987-8277. Carryouts will be available. “Treat that special someone to a wonderful evening,” said an organizer.
