Mr. Fisken holds a Masters Degree in Administration from the Wharton Graduate School of Business (University of Pennsylvania) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree from Bentley College. He is a member of numerous professional societies including the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and the Virginia Society of Accountants.
His past achievement include serving on the Washington D.C. Board of Accountancy: the five-person board that establishes standards for all public accountants practicing in Washington D.C.
