Heart. He had moved to Salem, Ore. in 1950 and attended Woodland Chapel. His wife, Genevieve, died in 1996.

Survivors include his daughters, Peggy Utz of Oak Park, Madison County, and Mary Wetherby of Gaithersburg, Md.; a son, Lonnie Dwyer of Frederick, Md.; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Saturday. Private interment was made in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Ore.

Contributions may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.

Mr. Dwyer was a first cousin to Lillie D. Pullen of Old Hollow, Sperryville, leaving Mrs. Pullen the last of her generation living.
