Mamie Cooper

Markham resident

Mamie C. Cooper, 87, of Markham died Saturday, Feb. 5 at her home.

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, Feb. 8 at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal by the Rev. Syd Stewart. Burial was in Mt. Hebron Cemetery.

Mrs. Cooper was bom Dec. 8, 1912 in Warren County, daughter of the late Joseph Samuel and Annie 'Barham Hoffman.

She was a member of Markham United Methodist Church and the wife of the late Lawrence Emory Cooper.

Surviving area son, Lawrence E. Cooper Jr. of Gloucester Point; a daughter, • Linda W. Riley of Flint Hill; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
