Robert (Bob) Johnson a retired District Ranger from Shenandoah National Park (1946-1985) and a native of Rappahannock County, who still has interesting ties to the park and his former career, said he was asked by the park filming coordinator to assist. Bob said he spent all day July 4th with the advance BBC scouting team, and a long day July 21st with the filming crew.
Will look forward to seeing the full production on the Discovery Channel.

The Clatterbuck family reunion was held at the Bing Crosby Pavilion at Front Royal on Sunday. A large number of relatives attended with good entertainment by Robert Clatterbuck and friends.
On Wednesday, Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Jenkins, Larry Jenkins and Ronnie Jenkins visited Russell Cave, who is a patient at the University of Virginia Hospital.

Congratulations to Ricky Pullen for winning first place for the best appearing antique vehicle, a 1964 Chevrolet pickup, at the Flint Hill Firemans’ parade Friday night.
