Ninety-five members of the Dwyer family attended their tenth annual reunion held at the Washington Volunteer Fire Department Hall on July 15.
Maywood Cornwell, of Luray, asked the blessing on the food, and "Dude" Settle amps and music to enhance the mood. Special thanks and applause was made to our cousins, Lee Cornell of Culpeper and Nannie Payne for their sharing with us over the years old photos, documents and memories.
Our oldest relative being Nannie Kendall Payne of Front Royal; Ariel Burke, daughter of Rusty and Elsie Dwyer Burke of Culpeper, at three months, was our youngest member.
Head of family with most generations present was Nannie K. Payne with four generations.
