The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors is soliciting sealed bids on additions to and renovations ol County government offices, specifically the Treasurer, Commissioner of the Revenue and Registrar of Voters offices.
A pre-bid meeting will be held for any prospective bidders with questions or requests for additional information on Thursday, August 17 at 10:00 AM at the County Administration Office at 290 Gay Street, Washington. Attendance is not required in order to bid on the work herein described Bid bond or certified check in the amount of $500.00 is required with aH bids, and a Payment Bond in the amount of $500.00 will be required as a condition of signing the contract
All bids should be submitted as required in the complete bid specifications package, which may be obtained at the County Administration Office (along with plans & specifications) All bids must be received at the County Administration Office Old Extension Office, 290 Gay Street, P O. Box 519 Washington, VA 22747 by Tuesday, August 29 2000, by 2:00 PM , bids shall be opened and read aloud one day after their receipt.
