1999 was a busy year for Virginia based singer-songwriter Terri Allard. The Washington Area Music ' Association awarded Allard with a Wammie for "Best Female Country Vocalist." Allard's latest CD, "Loose Change and Spare Parts," scored #27 on FolkDJ Radio Play list's Top 100 Albums of 1999.
Allard's songs, "Lifeline" and "Loose Change and Spare Parts" were rated #21 and #44 respectively in FolkDJ's Top 100 Songs of 1999 list and Allard was voted #54 for FolkDJ's 1999 Top 100 Artists.
Allard has been touring the country playing in countless concert halls, coffee houses and festivals including The Philadelphia Folk Festival,
