The Woodville Baptist Church Harvest Festival is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28 from 2-4 p.m., but will now be held at Tim and Edie Falls place on Rudasill Mill Road. Plans include a hay ride over Mason Mountain Farm, scavenger hunt, crafts and hot dogs.
On Thursday, Misty Hitt and Mrs. June Clark toured Skyline Drive. They visited Big Meadows Visitor Center to see the updated, much improved history exhibit of the park formation and the people that once resided there.
On Sunday Misty Hitt was among those attending the golden anniversary celebration of Col. and Mrs. Dieter Knuepfer held at the Flint Hill Public House.
