Danny Lynn Compton, 39, of Rixeyville died Thursday, Oct. 19.
Mr. Compton was born Nov. 21,1960 in Front Royal to David Daniel Compton and Virginia Settle Compton.
In addition to his parents, survivors include a daughter, Crystal Lynn Compton; a sister, Barbara Jean Kelley and her husband Ronald Edward Kelley of Reva and a brother, David Daniel Compton Jr. and his wife Misty Lynn Compton of Castleton.
Additional survivors include a nephew, Anthony Kelley of Reva; a niece, Angel Compton of Castleton and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Manie and Polly Compton and his maternal grandparents, Luther and Lottie Pearl Settle.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Oct. 4 at Found & Sons Chapel with Rev. Lindsey Savage officiating.
Interment followed in the Luther Settle family cemetery.
Pallbearers were Steve Mallory, Benjamin Mallory, Keven Roop, Daniel Seabolt, Anthony Settle and David Smith.
