Sunday, Oct. 29 will be the youth costume party at Washington Baptist Church for all members and children. Events will start at 5 p.m. with prizes and games for the children. Tours will be given throughout the church where the youth will be dressed in costume representing different biblical characters. Mark your calendar and come see the bible come to life. Refreshments will be served.
The youth of the Washington Baptist Church are in the process of taking orders for Christmas wreaths and greenery again this year. If you would like to place an order call one of the youth or call the church at 675-3336.
Happy birthday to Mrs. Cordia Smoot who has her day on Tuesday, Oct. 31.
