Luncheon at RCES on Thursday, Oct. 26. They have prepared the special desserts for our staff as well. We are very grateful to all students who have participated in this event.

• Investment Counselor/Adult Education Instructor for the Rappahannock County Public Schools, Mr. Roger Segalla, and Rappahannock Artist and Visiting Artist for the RCPS, Ms. Jeanne Drevas, participated in the Trinity Church House Tour last weekend opening their wonderful homes to all of Rappahannock. Mrs. Judy Tole, "professional'' public schools volunteer and co-founder of Starfish Mentoring helped to coordinate the event. We are so fortunate to have such generous folks in our midst. Thanks for the kindness.

• Rappahannock is so beautiful in the fall of the year. Please take time as you rush from place to place to notice the incredible foliage on the mountains, or the mist rising from a roadside pond, or Canada geese flying overhead on their journey south. This writer is grateful for everyday that she has the privilege of living here. There is no better place to raise our children! Have a wonderful week.
