After a winter break for remodeling and finding new artists, Long View Gallery in Sperryville reopens its doors on Thursday, March 14. On Saturday, March 16 there will be a first anniversary celebration from 4 to 7 p.m. Everyone is invited.
According to Gallery Director, Cheri Woodard, "We were so delighted with our first year and the enthusiastic response to our new gallery. With some great new artists and fantastic new work, this year should be even better. I'd like to invite everyone to stop by the gallery and enjoy the art."
The gallery will be featuring new artists as well as new paintings and sculptures by artists in the permanent collection. The gallery is displaying new work by local artists Pat Wilson, Charles Flickinger, Jeanne Drevas, and Lois Manookian. The gallery also has an extensive collection of photographs by National
