A memorial service was held Wednesday. March 13 at Found and Sons Chapel with Rev. Jennings Hobson officiating.
Interment followed in Culpeper National Cemetery with full military honors provided by the United States Marine Corps.

Mary Ellen Kidwell Campbell, 50, of Chester Gap died Thursday, March 7 at her residence.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, March 11 at Maddox Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Burke. Burial followed in Willis Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Campbell was bom March 15, 1951 in Warren County, a daughter of the late William Turner and Loretta Marie Jones Kidwell.
She is survived by her husband, Aubrey Russell Campbell; a daughter, Brenda Sue Campbell Rutherford and her husband, Michael Allen Rutherford of Chester Gap and four grandchildren, Clarissa, Candace, Brandon and Dalton Rutherford.
Also surviving are two sisters, Libby Haun and her husband, David of Front Royal and Wanda Williams and her husband, Eddie of Blue Mountain; two nieces and three nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by a brother, Robert Kidwell.
