No applicant or other party in interest, and no attorney for an applicant or party in interest, shall initiate a contact with a member of the BZA for the purpose of conducting a private discussion, in person or by telephone, concerning the merits of any application, appeal, or other matter pending before the BZA. No member of the BZA shall participate in any such private discussion. Site visits or similar contacts initiated by BZA members shall not constitute such ex parte contacts.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday. 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 17055. if any.
