Flint Hill plans
benefit breakfast
On Saturday, Nov. 16, there will be a community breakfast at the Flint Hill Fire Hall starting at 8:45 am. The public is invited. The Flint Hill United Methodist Church is sponsoring the breakfast as a fundraiser for the local Rappahannock County Troop 36, Boy Scouts of America. Proceeds from the breakfast will be donated to Troop 36. Come out and meet some of the scouts and team about their current year activities. Special Education
Advisory to meet
The Special Education Advisory Committee will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 20 in the Rappahannock County High School Ubrary at 7 p.m. Results of the Special Education Federal Monitoring conducted by the Virginia Department of Education will be discussed. Refreshments will be served.
Members of the advisory committee are: Sherri Hamill-Huff, Chairperson; Karen Alexander, Nancy Allegretto, Edie Clark, Linda Clark, Elizabeth Lee-Harris, Rev. Jennings Hobson, Ellen Mustoe, Ester Settle, Rose Ann Sharp, Marsha Thompson and Helen Williams. The meeting is open to the public.
