While the process of identifying and retaining a joint HeadwateraRappahannock County Public Schools (RCPS) grant writer has not yet been concluded, Interim Superintendent Helen Williams reported that Headwaters Chairman Martin Woodard took the initiative to find a grant opportunity that would perfectly match impending school needs.
