Eugene Tucker, 80, of Washington died on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at Warrenton.
Bom on July 17, 1922, in Arlington, he is survived by his wife of 62 years, Margaret G. Tucker.
He is also survived by his sister, Carolyn McCullough of Landover, Md.; three sons, Thomas Tucker of Silvergate, Mont., James Tucker of Warrenton and Donald Tucker of Washington; a daughter, Marilyn Nicol of Richmond and four grandchildren.
Mr. Tucker served in the U.S. Navy in the the Pacific during World War II. He worked for the C&P Telephone Companies of Maryland and Washington, D.C. for 37 years, retiring as Supervisor in 1978.
