was a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, Lynchburg College and T.C. Williams School of Law in Richmond. He was a law partner with Eller, Beeton and Lane in Altavista and for the past 19 years practiced law in Fairfax.
He has served in the Virginia House of Delegates and as chairman of the Board of Directors of Wakefield Country Day School in Huntly. He was a member of the Anglican Church of St. John the Baptist in Marshall, serving as senior warden and vestryman.
In addition to his mother, other survivors include his wife, Anne Hutt Beeton; four daughters, Carrie Beeton Harley, Courtney Mabry Beeton, Laura French Beeton and Chandra Ann Beene; a brother, Tim Beeton; two sisters, Barbara Beeton Shrack and Suzy Beeton Herring and a granddaughter.
Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.
