AMENDMENT TO THE
RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE
Relating to Erosion & Sedimentation Control Regulations
The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County shall hold a public hearing on the following proposed amendments to the Rappahannock County Code on Monday, December 2, 2002, at 7:00 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
The Amendments are as follows:
1. Amend §98-12 by adding at the end of section D:
; In any event, a land disturbing permit shall be obtained.
2. Amend §98-15 B, by adding in parenthesis after the words “an approved erosion and sediment Control plan”:
