The actions were so riveting. It showed many excerpts from all the wars and conflicts the U.S. has been active in.
The first Act included many interludes from the U.S. Army band with their sound being the perfect background for the excerpts.
Act One was based on the values one should have in the U.S. Army. They are loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage.
The men and women of the U.S. Army who acted in this performance exhibited and represented these values well.
They made you laugh in scenes such as where the tavern keeper’s wife chases a British soldier off with a broom when he comes to take down our flag and put a British flag up during Great Britain’s last few hours of controlling us.
They also made you cry in such scenes where the soldiers learn to deal with death and recount their time in war with curious family members.
The use of the real guns with blanks also made the scenes seem very life like.
Act two came out to be a great show with performances by the U.S. Army Band, The U.S. Army Drill Team, and The Fife and Drum Corps.
They were perfectly in sync with no mistakes present and excellent; precise movements.
