Mary Ann Kuhn withdrew her application for a zoning ordinance amendment that would create a “bed and breakfast inn” category in the Tbwn of Washington. In her letter of Nov. 12 to Mayor Stewart Willis and the members of the Town Council, Ms. Kuhn advised that she was withdrawing her application “at this time,” and added that she will revisit the issue at a more appropriate time.
The proposed amendment was scheduled for a public hearing at the Tbwn Council meeting of Nov. 13, but the Council is one member short and it is possible that the Council would have deadlocked three-to-three on a motion to approve the amendment. Circuit Court Judge Jeffrey Parker is
