“ongoing costs for the proposed wastewater treatment system.” Mayor Willis explained that a line item needed to be put in the Town’s budget for costs related to the wastewater treatment system— including preliminary engineering and legal costs—so that those bills could be paid using reserve funds. He added that the money would be replaced when the expected loan for the wastewater treatment system is approved and funds received.
