Group to meet
at Library
The Chavura Ketana (small group) provides an opportunity for Jews and their friends to explore their interests and concerns, deepen their knowledge and understanding of relevant topics and share their views with one another.
The Chavura group will hold its next meeting on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 2 p.m. at the Rappahannock Library in Washington and will discuss programs of interest for 2003 that will be enriching and rewarding. Call Ellen Joyce at 622-2323 for details.
Land Use deadline
Any taxpayer who is currently in or wishes to enroll in the Land Use program and has not completed a new application for the 2003 tax year must make an appointment in order to remain in the program. For information call the Commissioner of Revenue’s Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 675-5370.
