other Boy Scout leaders and 30 Scouts camped in the yard at the home of Mrs. Joan B. Moffett and Frank Moffett over the weekend. On Saturday the Boy Scouts and their leaders hiked the White Oak Canyon on the Skyline Drive.
Mrs. Susan Moffett of Leesburg and daughter, Sally Moffett of the University of Virginia College in Charlottesville were Saturday overnight guests of Mrs. Jean B. Moffett and Frank Moffett.
The Washington Baptist Church is now taking orders for poinsettias at a cost of $7.50 each.
If you would like to place an order by Sunday, Nov. 24 call the church office at 675-3336.
Please indicate at that time how many plants and names of persons you wish to honor or memorialize. The poinsettias will be used to decorate the church for the Colonial Christmas celebration and for worship.
